Oak Grove Pharmacy ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. The short version: this website does not track you. We use no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies, and we do not collect personal information from visitors to this site. We never sell anyone's information.

Health information you share with the pharmacy as a patient — in person, by phone, fax, or text, or through our refill and prescription services — is handled separately under federal and state health-privacy law, including HIPAA, and our Notice of Privacy Practices available at the pharmacy.
1. Information we collect: none
This website has no contact forms, no accounts, no logins, and no checkout. We do not ask you to submit personal information here, and we do not run analytics or advertising software that would profile you. We do not place tracking cookies on your device. The only thing we save in your browser is your choice on the cookie banner (Accept or Reject), so we don't have to ask you again on every visit — this is strictly necessary and is not used to track you.
Like any website, the hosting service that delivers these pages may keep basic server logs for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify or track individual visitors.
2. Cookies and your choice
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Because we keep data collection to a minimum, the only cookies that could ever be set come from optional content you choose to load — specifically our embedded Google Map (see Section 4).
When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Reject these optional cookies:
- Accept — if you later click to view our location, the Google Map loads directly on the page (which may set Google's cookies).

The fonts used on this site are hosted on our own website, not loaded from Google or any other outside provider. Viewing this site does not send your information to a font service.
4. Optional third-party services
A few features connect to outside services, but only when you choose to use them. When you do, that company's own privacy policy applies:
- Google Maps — our map does not load automatically. It is embedded on the page only if you accepted cookies and then clicked to view it (in which case Google may set cookies and receive your IP address); if you rejected cookies, the same click instead opens Google Maps in a new tab. - RefillQuick — our online refill link takes you to a separate third-party prescription service with its own privacy practices.
- Pure Encapsulations — our supplement links take you to that company's separate online storefront.
- Map, review, and address links — links to Google Maps, Google Reviews, and Yelp open those third-party sites when you click them.
We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their practices. Please review their policies before providing any information.
5. We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not collect personal information through this site, and we do not sell, rent, trade, or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.
6. Health information
Please do not send sensitive health information through this website or by unsecured text or email. If you choose to text us — for example, to request a refill or transfer — keep it to the basics (your name, your current pharmacy, and medication names) and never include your Social Security number, insurance ID numbers, or detailed health history, because standard text messaging is not encrypted. Protected health information related to your prescriptions and pharmacy care is governed by HIPAA and our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this website policy.
7. Your California privacy rights
This policy is provided in keeping with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). Because we do not track visitors, there is nothing to opt out of on this site; any "Do Not Track" signal your browser sends is effectively already honored.
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) applies to us, California residents may have the right to know what personal information a business collects, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information through this website. To make any request, contact us using the details below, and we will respond as required by law.
